ABOUT SITAN TAI CHI AND MARTIAL ARTS

Sitan Tai Chi is a Tai Chi school set up in New York, USA by the first world Wushu and Tai Chi championship, Mr. Sitan Chen. Our mission is to promote Tai Chi by utilizing standardized teaching courses, training qualified teachers, and adopting scientific teaching management. We believe that Tai Chi and Martial Arts can benefit people of all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to improve physical fitness, mental focus, and overall well-being.
