Jianguang Zhou

Jianguang began his study of Tai Chi with Master Sitan Chen in 2006. Over the years he has won numerous Tai Chi championships in U.S. International Kuo Shu Championship Tournament and New York Tai Chi Tournament. Jianguang has extensive Tai Chi and Qi Gong teaching experience, his classes are interactive and relax, with focus on relieving stress and improving body flexibility.
